Not a Poem
I thought I would write you a poem.
Something about flowers being red or blue.
But finding words that rhyme - not easy to do.
Maybe something about jewelry or diamonds
Or something sweet like chocolate candy
Finding words that rhyme - they’re not so handy
I tried and tried, but alas, I failed
And it leaves me feeling quite blue
All I could come up with - ‘I Love You’!
