A TRUE FRIEND

 

You’re a true friend to me,

I’m glad you are here to set me free.

The fun we have shared,

Is a way of showing me you cared.

You’re more to me than a friend,

Now that the end is near and I’m glad our friendship can mend.

So my dear friend, you’re like a sister to me,

I’m glad you helped me to see.

This light that shines through you is pure and true.

If I had a wish it would be to. . . .

Have a friend as true as you.
