When it was dark,

You turned on the light.

 

When I forget how to smile,

You reminded me.

 

When my heart froze like ice,

You warmed it like fire.

 

When I was cold from the wind,

You wrapped your strong arms around me.

 

When I cried,

You whispered words of comfort in my ear.

 

When there was no hope left,

You saved me.

 

No matter the problem,

No matter how far apart we are,

You’re always there.
