Are
You OK?
It’s 8:00am and you meet a co-worker
at the coffee pot and they say ‘ Good morning, how are you?’
You respond with a politically correct ‘I am OK, how are you?’. It’s 12:00 noon and the waitress at lunch says ‘Good
afternoon, how are you?’ You
again respond with ‘I am OK, how are you?’
Are you really just OK? Dr. Robert Schuller says that on a scale of 1 to 10, ‘OK’ is about a ‘3’. On that scale are you really just a ‘3’?
All
that we are is the result
of what we have thought.

Sonia Croquette says, ‘Your own words are the bricks and mortar of the dreams you want to realize. Your words are the greatest power you have. The words you choose and use establish the life you experience’. The words you choose and use!
Brian Tracy says that whatever we
consistently think about will ultimately come to be.
Do you want to ultimately be a ‘3’ on a scale of 1 – 10?

Take a small step in the improvement
of your life. Chose and use the
words that will tell yourself and everyone around you that you are doing great,
terrific, super, marvelous, excellent, remarkable, splendid, fabulous,
wonderful, amazing, etc. Make your
own list of 10 words that will describe yourself.
The next time someone says ‘how are you’, surprise them with a response
that will indicate where you are on your scale.
