Are you having a bad day?
Is your life in the dumpster?
You think you’ve got problems?
Are you alone? Is it just you the world is making miserable?
It ‘s very easy to get
depressed about the way things in our life are going.
We didn’t get the promotion we deserved.
The car broke down; money is tight or non-existent.
Life has a way of getting in the way of our plans.
Do you have any options?
Can you do anything about your problem?
You probably can, if you decide that you can.
Some people have no
options; they are at the mercy of ‘life’.
Some have been diagnosed with an incurable disease.
My niece recently passed away
while waiting for a liver transplant. People
with these types of problems have no options, only the mercy of ‘life’. They
need a miracle or someone willing to give the gift of life.

Have you considered your options? Instead of grieving about how bad your life is, take a look around you and determine what you can do about your problems.
People in crisis often suffer from what is called 'constricted thinking', or the inability to see possible solutions to their problem.

Take a few moments to assess your skills, talents, the things you have to offer, the resources you have available.

you search for them, you will find that you do have options.
