HAPPINESS

I believe being HAPPY is definitely a state of mind.
You must CHOOSE it over sadness.
Whatever happens to you in your life you always have a CHOICE.

Sometimes, choosing to make the best of a situation is difficult
- no one said being happy comes easy.

Make "being happy" a major focus in your life.
Then the more you practice it - the more you'll experience it.

Discover what robs you of your happiness,
then either change it or let it go.
Also be picky about who you surround yourself with.
Find persons who build you up -  not drag you down, 
leaving you feeling low.
And just as you seek such persons, be such a person.

Cancel your negative thinking and replace it with positive.
When painful thoughts over run your mind, become aware
and CHOOSE to replace them with lovely thoughts or pictures.
